HELLOWEEN (Ger) - The Time of the Oath (1996)

The Time Of The Oath es el séptimo álbum de Helloween. El álbum es dedicado a la memoria del baterista anterior Ingo Schwichtenberg, que cometió suicidio el año anterior. The Time Of The Oath es, según Andi Deris, basado en las profecías de Nostradamus, refiriéndose a las profecías hecha para los años 1994 a 2000. Los intérpretes de Nostradamus creen que él predijo una tercera guerra mundial seguida por un milenio de la paz si los humanos hicieron las elecciones correctas. El álbum es significado para reflejar las elecciones de la humanidad. El Guardian que aparece en este álbum, habiendo vuelto de los primeros dos Keeper Of The Seven álbumes de Keys y para volver luego en el tercero, podría representar a Dios, o la estupidez de la humanidad en forma del séptimo soldado montado en la canción "Before The War".
