Metalium grabó su primer disco en 1999, llamado Millenium Metal: Chapter One. La alineación original para este primer álbum incluía a integrantes de las bandas Savatage y de Yngwie Malmsteen. Un disco Potente, agresivo, destaco temas como "Fight", "Beack the Spell", "Metalium", "Free Forever" "Strike Down the Heathen" "Metalians", y el tema un poco mas tranquilo de lo que nos muestran como "Metamorphosis", aunque no son los unicos temazos de este disco como los covers dos covers que posee a grandes bandas como "Deep Purple" y "Accept".
